Beach SAL

My first scans:

First - a better view of Cowboy Roy

Next - Black Bear

And last my most up to date stitching on the beach SAL.

Gotta love Walmart. ;) Now I could've gotten a tripod for $20 to steady the camera but did I? Course not. Brand spankin' new hp three in one. The old printer's not even six months old. Oh well, Norman needs a new printer anyway.

I think I'll see what else I can scan that I haven't looked at for awhile. That might get me in the mood to work on some old WIPs.

I promised stitchy updates

And here you go. The only new start is another charity square for Seth - Black Bear since he wanted hunting motifs.

For some reason I can't find Cowboy Roy at the moment who is finished so I'll have to post that later.

That's it so far this week - I'm still debating on fabric for TWs The Castle; thought I had one but changed my mind; now it's between Crossed Wing's Daybreak and Enchanted Fabrics Dragon Mist Flair. And who knows once I get those I might be on to something else. I don't usually have this problem with being wishy washy with fabric but I am with this project for some reason. I'll let you know as soon as I make a final decision.

What I've been working on

He's Cowboy Roy from Gloria and Pat. I can't believe I'm actually working on Aida - haven't touched that fabric for 20 years or so it seems and I didn't miss it not one bit. ;) It's for this guy http://lovequilts2008children.homestead.com/JoshuaW.html
I just had to do it since he's from Texas and loves the Cowboys and the Stars. It should be finished tomorrow (I actually have tomorrow and Monday off - yay!) and then I'm back to 12 Days. I might actually get that one done this weekend as well.

Nothing else going on here that's too exciting. Stadium still being worked on, the Rangers are out of town this weekend. I get to sleep as late as I want and go have coffee at the Pitt (wait - I do that every day:) ) but you know it's more fun when you get paid to loaf around.

Have a good weekend!
