This is really good timing because I decided that all the pizza places (Even Papa John's pretty much suck anymore-and Papa John's used to be the best what with fresh ingredients and all). Now there is no time in the foreseeable future that I'm getting a wood fired pizza oven so I'm sure these can all be made in a regular oven. There are lots of cooking/recipe blogs out there but this is the only one I recommend (is that two c's and two m's or....) ;) because he teaches technique and uses readily available ingredients (mostly).
